organising public lectures and training events on
the disorders belonging
to the focus areas of the Decade and on the prevention and care of the
disorders.
health centre contact persons. Some 180 health centres have appointed contact persons
fo the Bone and Joint Decade. Information and training events are organised for
the contact persons, most of them physiotherapists
and nurses. They participate in communicating
the goals of the Bone and Joint Decade and dispersing information about musculoskeletal disorders in their own
health centres, e.g. during the Bone and Joint Action Week.
